    日前,俞海明創新工作室研製開發的煉鋼除塵灰和廢棄中間包塗料回收製作輕燒鎂球替代輕燒白雲石工藝,經國家知識產權局授權,獲專利發明。該專利在解決煉鋼廢料汙染、提升資源重複利用率,以及降低輕燒白雲石消耗、降低輕燒白雲石生產過程中的二氧化碳排放等方麵,具有劃時代意義。

  據了解,目前國內、國際煉鋼工藝主要采用輕燒白雲石或菱鎂礦製球工藝,作為煉鋼化渣和濺渣護爐的主要添加原料。噸鋼輕燒白雲石消耗量在二十至三十公斤左右,其中輕燒白雲石不僅粉末量偏高,有效成分浪費嚴重,而且在白雲石生產過程中也會消耗大量的焦炭資源,並產生大量的二氧化碳排放。此外,廢棄的中間包塗料還會造成環境的汙染。

  為了有效降低煉鋼過程中,資源的浪費和環境的汙染,2012年底開始俞海明創新工作室,結合煉鋼現有生產工藝,以轉爐除塵灰和廢棄煉鋼中間包塗料的再利用為突破口,通過大量的工業現場試驗,利用轉爐除塵灰和煉鋼廢棄中間包塗料氧化鎂含量高的特點,將這些廢料回收並用於煉鋼生產,替代輕燒白雲石,有效的降低了輕燒白雲石的使用量。經過生產實踐,目前在120噸轉爐產線,已經實現了廢料的有效回收和高效利用,完全替代了原有輕燒白雲石生產工藝。在保護環境的同時全年還可節約生產成本648萬元。

The consumption of light-burned dolomite per ton of steel is about 20 to 30 kilograms. Among them, light-burned dolomite not only has a high amount of powder, but also has significant waste of active ingredients. It also consumes a large amount of coke resources in the production process of dolomite and produces Significant carbon dioxide emissions. In addition, discarded tundish coatings can also cause environmental pollution.


In order to effectively reduce the waste of resources and environmental pollution during the steelmaking process, Yu Haiming Innovation Studio started at the end of 2012. Combined with the existing production process of steelmaking, the recycling of converter dust removal and waste steelmaking tundish coatings was used as a breakthrough. A large number of industrial field tests, using the characteristics of high dust content in converter dust removal ash and steelmaking waste tundish coating, recycle these waste materials for steelmaking production, replacing light-burned dolomite, and effectively reducing the use of light-burned dolomite. the amount. After production practice, the 120-ton converter production line has achieved effective recycling and efficient utilization of waste materials, completely replacing the original light-burned dolomite production process. It can also save 6.48 million yuan in production costs while protecting the environment.
